In Loving Memory of
Donald Reginald Barfield

Don, my sweet brother, it's been two years and five months since you left. I'm so sorry you had to die all alone in Los Angeles. But I was able to find you and bought your ashes home. I'm sorry we didn't spend more time together to get to know one another, but that's how it is sometimes in life. The what if's or how I wish it could have beens. I'm just glad for the time we did spend together. I tried to get the family together for your memorial, but they didn't come. So I have made up my mind not to try to bring them together anymore. I've spent most of my life trying. There comes a time when a person must just let things go. So sweetheart, I'm glad you are safe with Jesus. You don't have to worry about being alone or lonely again. God bless you Don, you are in my thoughts and prayers always.

your sister, Clarice
