Born: January 1, 1951 - Waterloo, IA, God saw that you were getting tired
And a cure was not to be.
So He put His arms around you
and whispered, "Come with Me."
Gad has you in His keeping,
we have you in our hearts;
Your memory is our keepsake,
with that we'll never part.
With tearful eyes we watched you suffer
and saw you fade away.
Although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay.
One golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands to rest;
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best!
Love bears all things, believes all things,
hopes all things, endures all things!!
