Dear Grandma, Thank you for always being there, I will always remember the good times we shared, Those times we had are precious times, That no one can replace, The only one who can replace them, Is the one who makes them true, And that is you. I will take a look everyday in the sky and think of you, I will close my eyes and see you standing there, I will see you telling me to be a big little girl, I will see you telling me “I love you and don’t you forget it”, I will see me standing next to you at the grocery store, I will see me running and laughing with you standing near, I will see you taking me to Bowl Winkles on that one sunny day, I will look toward the window of you house and remember all the times I saw you watching out the window while we were playing in the sprinklers, I will remember when you taught me to play the organ, I will remember you sitting there listening to me play my flute, I will remember us sitting outside in the yard together, I will remember all the times where is was just you and me, I will remember the lesson you taught me, the lessons about family, respect, and loyalty, I will share them with everyone around me, I love you Grandma and no matter how many people try to take your place in life, They can never do that, I will never let that happen because there is always that special place in my heart for you, I love you Grandma and don’t you forget it.
