In Loving Memory of
Charles H. Presley, Jr.

Dear Chuck
I am still trying to figure out what I could have or should have done to save you. You were my best friend, my confidant, my husband, my advocate and my counselor. You brought me to a place in my life where I am not afraid to continue. You were sent to me by God, I'm sure, and I guess His work for you was completed, so He called you home.

I have never felt such love as I felt with you. You loved me totally and told me and showed me very day. You thanked me every night for being your wife and I thanked you for letting me into your life. You protected me from bad things and let me have the freedom to choose and make decisions on my own. You were always proud of me and I hope I showed you how proud I am of you.

You always had the best heartfelt laugh I had ever heard and you never met anyone you couldn't call friend. You never complained much about aches and pains and I hope that in some small way I was able to ease your pain. I know you wanted so much for us to be together and parting from you has been the toughest thing I have ever had to endure, but your love has made me strong and I will carry that strength with me to the end.

Your Mom was devastated when I first told her you has passed, but she is strong and though she misses you terribly, I think she will be ok. Your sons, Charlie and Chris have been a source of strength and comfort to me. Your pride in them is well founded.

I hope you are at peace, my love. You Are The "Bestest Honey" In The Whole World. All of my memories of you are the best too. I love you sweetie!

Loving You Always in All Ways

Rose Ann
