In Loving Memory of
Hazel Ada Mary Nixon (nee Creamer)

Dearest Mom, Just over six years from your passing and there was silence from you except for the day you died when you shook the end of my bed. Then... on the sixth anniversay of your death I was sleeping upstairs and awoke from a dream at 3:00 a.m. Hearing footsteps coming up the stairs I thought it was my husband... but soon realized that it was not. I was lying there facing the wall on my right side. I heard the footsteps coming over to the side of my bed and suddenly felt the gentle pressure of a hand on my left shoulder. As it was a hot night, I had the covers at the end of the bed. The covers were gently pulled up to cover my left shoulder. Then I heard your voice whispering in such a tone of love.... "my baby". Thank you Mom... you always said.. "if there was a way to prove life after death you would do it"... and you have proved it. I love you.

Your daughter, Jeannie
