This book focuses on coping with cancer from a male perspective. It is inteded to help men who have been diagnosed with cancer and are trying to come to terms with the implications and the effect it will have on all aspects of their lives. It covers both the cancers common in males, together with male-specific cancers, plus a guide to what cancer is, how it happens, and how it is treated. The book also focuses on the special problems men have with dealing with this illness, such as the way it can affect their masculinity and fertility, and the difficulties they have in expressing their emotions.
