Hey mom, I wish I could talk to you and know you hear me. I wish I could know where you are. I look up at the stars and figure you are somewhere in that great expanse up there. I wish I knew I'd see you again. I miss you, a lot. I will focus on a hope that I will see you again, someday, maybe. Who knows. And I will imagine that you are enjoying the company of Fred Astaire and Judy Garland. Not too bad. Your own personal "Easter Parade". I asked God to take care of you so I can rest assured he is, and now I will go back to my life today.
love, Brooke
