Bette jo Cullison, was born in Burlington Wisconsin on jan.15 1937 to Jack Wallace Smart and Julia Marie Lafollette her mother was killed in a car crash when bette jo was still very young, and was raised by her grandmother in rich hill, Missouri.. she passed away june 2nd 1995 in prescott, AZ. and she will be missed forever by her friends and family

To Mom,I'll love you and miss always..the lord, wanted you by his side and called for you..I still carry you in my heart forever. there is never a day that go's by that I don't think of you..I hope some day by the grace of God, we can be together again.. your son Steven
