In Loving Memory of
Sonia Judith Warne 1973-2001

I know a lot of people who look on me as a sort of pseudo younger sister figure, and have been there along the way to help me. But I think I would be hard pressed to find someone who could guide me in such a way that Sonia has. Her immense love of life and those around her, coupled with her venomous wit and delectable charm, made her a person who I was proud and often thankful to have called a friend. No matter what the time of day, location or nature of our meeting, she would always be there with a coy smile and genuinely enthused embrace. To have her ripped from our side by the carelessness of another is beyond tragic, and makes me wonder at how the universe works. I am, however, glad that by 28 she had managed to impact as widespread and greatly on others as I would hope to should I live to 108. Sonia, the big sis I never had, and always wanted, I will remember you for the rest of my life, and I will try to see the world with the same youthful vigour that you embodied, no matter how empty it seems without you here. As you said you'd always remember me as the little 12 year old terror, I will always remember you as the effervescent little kitten with the heart of solid gold. You show 'em who's boss, baby.

Keeping you always close and fondly in our hearts. With hugs and tickles, Harmony
