Dear Dad, I love you very much. I think of you all the time. I would have given anything to have kept you here with us. I know that you were uncomfortable for a long time, and I wish so much that I had visited you more often. We really did all think that you were going to make it through. I will always love you. I will never forget you. I am sorry for everything that went wrong. Thank you for being such a wonderful, wonderful dad.
